Q: What is the theme of the conference?
A: The theme of the conference this year is: Integrity and accountability in the private and public sector: taking it to a higher level.
Q: Where can I find the final conference programme?
A: Shortly before the actual start of the Conference, you will find the final version of the conference programme on our website www.weekofintegrity.nl/conference.
Q: How can I register?
A: You can register via the registration button that you will find on www.weekofintegrity.nl/conference.
Q: What are the costs of participation?
A: We are proud to say that we have been able to organize a full day programme for ICC’s International Integrity & Anti-Corruption Conference 2018 that we can offer to participants for a registration fee of EUR 95,- (excluding 21% VAT). Please note that this registration fee includes drinks, food, and snacks throughout the day as well as a hard copy of ICC’s Conference Booklet 2018.
Q: I am not authorized to pay the registration fee, what should I do next?
A: If you are not authorized to pay the registration fee, you can forward the email with the payment button to the authorized person within your organization. Please note that you should pay the fee via the payment button that was provided in the email as there is a connection to your registration. You can pay the fee via credit card, bank transfer or iDEAL.
Q: I have registered for the Conference but I am no longer able to come, what is the cancellation policy?
A: Registrations may be cancelled up to Wednesday 28 November 2018 18:00 hours CET. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the date and time mentioned above. All cancellations must be made via email to email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 3 business days.
Q: What is the latest date that I can register?
A: The deadline for registration is Monday 3 December 2018, 18:00 hours CET. Please note that the number of seats is limited, so please register on time.
Q: I can only be present for one part of the Conference, should I still register?
A: Yes, attendance is only possible via registration. You can, however, leave at any moment.
Q: How can I get a letter of invitation for a visa?
A: You can receive a letter of invitation for a visa by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Logistics and Accessibility
Q: What is the venue of the Conference?
A: The conference will take place at the Peace Palace, The Hague, the Netherlands. The address of the Peace Palace is Carnegieplein 2, 2517 KJ, The Hague.
Q: Are there parking/public transportation possibilities?
A: Parking availability is limited at/ near the Peace Palace. There are however several public transport options. Bus 24, 53 and 61 can take you from The Hague Central Railway Station to the Peace Palace in approximately 15 minutes. You can plan your trip with public transportation via 9292.nl.
Q: Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
A: Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchairs.
Q: What meals are available at the Conference and how do I submit my dietary wishes/allergies?
A: The meals that are available at the Conference throughout the day are several snacks during the breaks and lunch. Please include your dietary wishes and allergies in the registration form when registering for the Conference.

Q: Is there funding available to facilitate travel/registration costs?
A: Unfortunately, there is no funding available to facilitate travel and/or registration costs.
